About Quran with Tajweed

Once your child can read the Quran, our Tajweed course teaches them to recite it beautifully and correctly, the way it was revealed. Rules are explained with simple examples and practised verse by verse.

What your child will learn

  • Rules of Noon Saakin and Tanween (Izhar, Idgham, Iqlab, Ikhfa)
  • Rules of Meem Saakin
  • Qalqalah, Ghunnah and heavy and light letters
  • Types of Madd (elongation)
  • Rules of stopping (Waqf) and starting

Children practise with their teacher every class and receive feedback on each recitation.
